So last week was meant to be the beginning of my health kick. I started off real well on Monday. I began my day really early and went to the gym for an hour. Starting my day off at the gym spiraled into a whole day of healthy eating and feeling great. Then there was Tuesday, then Wednesday, then Thursday and so on and I just never mustered the strength to go back. I feel as if going to the gym determines whether or not I eat well for that day. So needless to say the rest of the week I ate take out and junk food. Trying again this week, let’s see how it goes. On the brighter side THE GIANTS WON BABY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yayayayayayaayay. That made my weekend=]

  1. Do you have the feeling that getting up early and working out first thing in the morning starts the day off correctly? Why not promise yourself to go twice a week? Keep up that good work. Dr. Ries

    1. I do feel like working out in the morning starts off my day correctly. Its not for everybody but i realize that it just makes my day so much better when i do. What im doing now is monday thursday and friday ill go to the gym. Then on monday i do indoor soccer tuesday zumba and rest on all the othr days.
